Evan loves cake!

Evan LOVES to have his shoes off! Towards the end of his photo shoot, he was getting cranky. I took his shoes off--and I got an instant smile. Amazing!

Evan had 2 parties to celebrate his 1st Birthday. He had one in Michigan and one in Texas. The Texas Birthday was a Pirate Theme. We had so much fun at both parties--what a lucky boy to have 2 parties!

Great Uncle Mike has cows and pigs on his farm. We went to visit the animals at Christmas while we were in Michigan. Miki had a blast looking at them. I just tried to keep from getting frost bite.

This is some serious present opening. We had a second Christmas with Mimi and Papa when we got back to Texas.

Mimi and Papa gave Evan a work bench for Christmas...Miki was testing it out. I am pretty sure she will hate this picture in a few years...oh well!!!

Evan HATES to wear shoes and socks, since it was his Birthday Party, I let him take them off.
